Ok. This is really an awful product and manufacturer. First- it uses deceptive description. It says 2.5L capacity but customer can't really use that much capacity because of filter assembly. It should describe usable capacity.
Second - Water filtered overnight by this pitcher has "white residue".

Let's do a mini experiment here to see-
1. Take a glass of water in the night and rotate alum rock couple of times into it .
2. Fill the filter pitcher.
3. Leave both of them overnight.
4. In the morning, shake both pitcher & the glass. You will see similar white residue into both pitcher & glass.
5. Bottomline - instead of buying this, use alum rock yourselves and save money. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alum

I used this Forrestry helmet a couple times now, and its sturdy enough for me to give it a good rating. The helmet is kinda heavy. I use it for stump grinding, so my review is limited to standing in mostly one space working with the helmet. To be honest, I would trust U.S.A made any day of the week vs some poorly made China gear.

First impressions are good, need to try it in the woods yet. Assembling the helmet was pretty simple and the instructions helped. I had a little trouble with the locking attaching (carrier lug) piece for the face screen as it fell out and had trouble putting it back in. Hope this in not a problem in the future. I did not find any instructions for the plus/minus on the top of the (hearing protector)attachment piece for the face screen and earmuffs. This has me guessing. With the helmet together and ratcheted tight it feels comfortable and stays put when bending over to pick things up. The earmuffs are easy to adjust up and down.

Helmet is Tasco (they make safety products). Face screen is not identified as USA made but since everything fits together it is probably also Tasco. It is an aluminum mesh shield... just like a black wire screen door. It took about 30 seconds to snap everything together without instructions which are printed on the plastic bag. The helmet straps could not be snapped into place without using a blunt tool - dull screwdriver, end of slipjoint pliers, etc.

The USA made ear protection NRR rating is 22 but the individual frequency dB ratings are all above 33 in the chainsaw frequency range. They even worked well with my wire frame glasses. The inside of the foam cushions were scratchy. I turned them upsidedown - that was better. There is no way to fix them; they attach to the ear pieces with self adhesive tape. The ear pieces slid up and down on the side pieces; it would be nicer if they locked in place.

This was not my first choice; it was sent to us on Amazon with a gift card from a seller who could not provide the one I wanted. How's that for customer satisfaction?

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend for christmas and she always uses her laptop on the couch. She broke her foot and had surgery so she's been very couch stationed lately. This lapdesk has the perfect soft foam padding on the bottom without being bulky. Speakers that absolutely sound GREAT. A fan that's whisper quiet while keeping your lap and laptop from burning up.

My girlfriend likes to lay in bed watching movies and shows on her laptop's bluray player but her laptop has pretty lousy speakers despite having a bluray player and being a "multimedia laptop". It plugs into your laptop USB for power and sound and you can control the audio via 3 buttons, volume up, volume down and mute. There's also a fan switch.

The sound quality is A+ for what it is. It's definitely not a speaker set with a sub, but it's so good it'll blow any laptop speakers away. It cranks and sounds great.

Just to help people in case they cannot figure it out because it's not super obvious... If you cannot get your laptop to play sound out the n700 lapdesk speakers automatically then if you're using windows 7 follow these instructions:

1-Go to start menu then control panel
2-Click hardware and sound
2.1-Don't see hardware and sound? click "view by" in top right of control panel and select "category" then click hardware and sound
3-Under sound category click "Manage Audio Devices"
4-In popup look for your n700 lapdesk speakers, right click it and select "set as default device". Click ok.

That should do it!

If you are in the market for a laptop lap pad then seriously look no further, this thing is so nice, it's hard to describe it until you actually use it. Its shape, angle, speakers, comfort, fan all make it the perfect mobile desk for your laptop. Setting it on the couch next to you is nice, on your laptop, on your bed beside you etc.

I feel like it should be slightly cheaper, but with that said I probably would have spent $100 for it due to the need and wouldn't have regretted it.

Get one!

I've had my Jawbone for a few weeks now, and I love it. I mostly use it for listening to podcasts or music, but I have used it for calls on occasion, with no complaints from the people I was talking to. People report that I sound different, but I'm still perfectly understandable.

The range is great, at least for listening to podcasts and music (I haven't taken a call and walked very far from the phone). I can leave my phone at my desk and go into the next room of the apartment and it still works fine. Sometimes this is a bad thing, because I can get a little ways away from my car before the sound quality starts to degrade and I realize I left my phone in the car.

It took me a while to find a fit that I liked, but there are lots of options with this headset. I ended up settling for one of the earpieces with the extra loop and using it with the hook. It would probably stay in my ear without the hook, but it feels like it'll fall off easily. I have walked around my office without the hook and the headset stayed in, but it felt like it was going to fall the whole time, and having the hook just makes it feel more secure. Strangely enough, the headset won't stay in my right ear at all without the hook, but it'll stay in my left ear just fine - that's another reason I use the hook, so that I can switch ears if I need to. So I recommend that people who have trouble finding a good fit to make sure they try both ears - it may fit better in one than the other. (Your body is not perfectly symmetrical.)

I will admit that initially the earpieces hurt after a few minutes of wear when I first had it, but after using it for some time I got used to it, and now I can wear it for hours without even realizing it's there. So another suggestion for people who have trouble finding a good fit is to give it some time. Find something that feels okay, and if it hurts after some time take it off and try again later. Eventually your ear may get used to pressure in those places and you'll stop feeling it. Though if it hurts as soon as you put it in then you probably don't have a good fit and should try a different type of earpiece.

For the record, I have slightly petite ears and wear glasses, so I am evidence that it is possible to find a good fit with this headset for people who have small ears and/or wear glasses.

Some reviewers have complained that the headset is not bright blue like the picture. They're right. It's a dark midnight blue that looks black in most light. Under bright sunlight or good office lights you can see that it's actually blue. It didn't bother me - I like the midnight blue color, but don't buy this if you want a bright cobalt blue like the pictures. I don't think they did that to the picture to be misleading. If they just took a normal photo without brightening it up then it would look black, which is not right either. They wanted you to be able to tell from the photo that it's blue, even though they may have gone too far with the brightening.

I also bought a bluetooth receiver for my PC so that I can use my Jawbone as a PC headset. The sound coming from the computer works fine, but people listening to me talking into it complained that I sounded a bit tinny, so it's not as good as a regular PC headset, which is probably to be expected. This was made to be a phone headset, not a PC headset.

The only thing I really wish they'd have on this headset is a way to play or pause streaming audio (like podcasts or music). In theory they could add this one day, since Jawbone can release software updates for the headset, but it's not here yet and no word from Jawbone as to whether they're planning on adding it. I am not the only one asking for it, according to their forums, so hopefully they'll listen to their customers and add it soon.

AMD ADA4400CDBOX Review by TheWaldo "W."

I recently was faced with the task of either buying a new computer or rebuilding one that had bit the dust. For several reasons I chose the latter. As part of the rebuild I chose to upgrade to a dual core processor. I chose this unit for two reasons.........features and price. My original chip as a single core at 2.4G with a 512K L2 cache and rated on the cpubenchmark scale at 592. I wanted to go to a dual core equivalent which would be a X2 4600 or 4800, but both of these were very pricy since these are discontinued......try around 400 bucks for a used X2 4800. The price is because these are a socket 939 processor. Anyway, the 4400 is a 2.2G processor with dual 1M L2 caches. The price was very reasonable (found one for 125 through Amazon marketplace) and is now installed after receipt of a higher capacity sink/fan combo and is running great. The cpubenchmark for this chip is 1195 so I expect it to run somewhat faster, but currently I have no real demanding applications to prove such. It does appear that windows loads faster, the initial desktop screen pops into place with all icons loaded, whereas before they would load in batches. Windows defintely closes down faster. All in all, it seems to be running faster and the numbers say it is a faster chip. I am pleased with my purchase and the Amazon Marketplace vendor (Extreme975) was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again if the opportunity arose.

This CPU is lightning fast!
I bought a new desktop with this AMD 4400+. It fully install a Windows XP Home in about 10 minutes I think. The computer restart faster takes less time for my old computer to shut down, which is using P4 2.53GHz. The system is cool and quiet like the AMD's technology. I can play Battlefield 2 online for several hours and the system is still at 40 degrees Celsius only! This CPU has best value to performance ratio among all other AMD Dual Core CPUs. I am NEVER going back to Intel!

This is the best invention ever!!!
As a mother of a toddler and a 6 month old, I am veeery pleased with this product!
It makes my life so much easier! I first bought it to carry on the airport, but I've beed using it everywhere. The best thing is that when I need to take my child to school, I can't leave my baby in the car by himself, so I would carry the heavy car seat, plus all my daughter's stuff...Too many things for 2 hands. Since I purchased Go Go Babyz I can do everything with NO dillemma whatsoever!!!
It is worthed every penny!!!!

I purchased this specifically for an trip I was taking with my 6 month old without my husband. The cruizer met every one of our needs. It packs up so small there was still plenty of trunk room for the luggage.

I did have two issues with this product, first when I bought it this was advertised as being for Chicco infant seats. When I got it, the chicco adapters were not included. I called up the company and they sent out the parts that day. The second problem I had was one of the screws in the handle became stripped before we'd even checked the stroller onto the plane. Once I got home I called up the company again and they sent out replacement parts that day.

Issues aside, I wish we'd bought this as our main stroller instead of the big bulky thing we got with the carseat. We use this for our everyday stroller needs now, and I fully intend on buying the toddler seat adaptor when my son outgrows his infant seat.

Great purchase. Item came with Maui Jim case and cloth pouch. Sunglasses are great quality, dark Polarized lenses with a sturdy build/frame. I wear them 99% for running. The only complaint that I'd have would be that they fog up when I am at a stand-still, so I've had to take them off until I start running again. This is mostly due to my body heat/rapid breathing from physical activity. When I am wearing them leisurely, this problem does not exist. No pain on the nose as I've experienced in the past with other glasses, and they stay in place while I run; no slipping, falling off my ears or anything. GREAT PURCHASE, I'm very pleased.

Maui Jim sunglasses have always had a special place in my multitude of sunglasses (Oakleys, Maui Jim, and Ray Ban). The frames are hard plastic with a rubber nose piece. The lens are polycarbonate and polarized. The wraparoud lenses give total protection. The fit is solid and there is no slipping despite the lack of rubber inserts.

Color clarity and visibility are enhanced with the sunglasses.

A microfiber cleaning cloth that functions as a
drawstring pouch, as well as a firm nylon case is provided.

For polarized lenses, these sunglasses are as great as they come. For sunglasses, there is no comparison. I highly recommend this eyewear.

The numerous compartments are just right too. It's principally a large suitcase, but has a few other mid sized stow pockets on the ends.

Item as described. Arrived on time. I agree w/the positive feedback from others. This item is very steady/sturdy. We have a type of cubby hole, about 14" deep, in the wall for a home ent. system. Our 42" Panasonic HDTV fits very nicely on this stand, leaving about 6" at the top of the tv. The cable box fits fine as does the dvd. Awaiting our speaker system (from Amazon) to see how it all fits. Should be fine.
